Refund & Cancellation Policy

Summary. You can cancel your Qply subscription at any time from your dashboard — cancellation stops future renewals immediately. Subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable. EU, UK, and Swiss consumers have an additional 14-day right of withdrawal from the day they subscribe, regardless of this policy.

All Qply subscriptions are billed by Apptesterhub LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Wyoming Filing ID: 2025-001787922) with its principal office at 75 E 3rd St Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Apptesterhub LLC is the merchant of record for every Qply charge, and all refunds issued under this policy are processed by Apptesterhub LLC. 1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Qply subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your dashboard at app.qply.io and navigate to Settings > Billing. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have full access to Qply until that time.

2. Refund Eligibility

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes both monthly and annual plans. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service or unused time within a billing cycle.

Exceptions:

• EU/UK Consumers: In accordance with distance selling regulations, EU and UK consumers have the right to withdraw from their subscription within 14 days of purchase. If you exercise this right, we will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your notice.
• Technical Issues: If you experience a documented technical failure that prevents the use of Qply and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days, a partial or full refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

3. Annual Plans

Annual plans are committed for the full 12-month period. If you cancel during the middle of an annual subscription, you will not receive a refund for the remaining months, but you will retain access until the end of the 12-month period.
